15. Returns & Refund Policy
Return To Origin (RTO)
• If a product is not delivered by courier due to uncertain reasons, Arogyam will refund the full amount after receiving the returned package at our facility.
• If a product is lost by the courier during transit, a full refund will be processed promptly.
Customer Returns
• Customers are eligible to request a return only if the delivered product is wrong or damaged.
• Customers must contact Arogyam’s support team via email and provide proof of damage or incorrect item received.
