- You are dissatisfied with the product for any reason.
- Your refund request is submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

How to Request Your Refund
Our refund process is simple with no lengthy forms required:
Discard the product you are requesting a refund for.
Take a clear photo showing that the product has been discarded.
Send the photo to us on WhatsApp along with your request and order details.
Once your request is received and verified, your 100% refund will be processed within 2 hours.
Repeat Refund Requests
If a customer has already received a refund for a particular product, any subsequent order of the same product by the same customer will not be eligible for a refund under the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
